Aw, this is really sad. Cameron Diaz lost her father two days ago. He was sick with the flu and it then developed into pneumonia. Not that she’ll ever read this blog, but I’m sending my condolences anyway. It’s hard losing people you love. Cameron issued this statement to Us Weekly today: ”My mom, sister and I are deeply appreciative of the overwhelming outpouring of love and support during this difficult time for us and all of our family. . . My dad was loved by so many people and his humor and spirit will always live on in our hearts.”

I read about this, he was only in his fifties. I’d hate to lose someone so suddenly (or at all).
