L’oreal is in deep shiz over their new advert featuring Beyonce Knowles. Last time I checked, Beyonce was a brown lass. She’s now a different color. Either they’re saying darker skin is fug or they’re saying darker skin is fug! I think they’re saying darker skin is fug.
Next time they ought to just hire Michael Jackson. He’d be the perfect model. He’s got killer cheek bones, he’s the right color and they could still receieve praise for hiring a black person. That is, if he still qualifies as a person. Maybe ‘entity’ is a better word?
A retarded slag from L’oreal had this to say about the situation: ”It is categorically untrue that L’Oreal Paris altered Ms Knowles’ features or skin tone in the campaign.”
What the eph just happened, then? Ha.
And the fact they deny really even doing it bothers me. Like what? Was B just white that day or something? Like a chameleon? She changes with her wig color so as to blend in better?
