    As a normal human being, without the glamour of being famous gives her, she looks kind of wierd. She also looks a lot like Claudie Blakley.

    Did the world of Hollywood learn nothing from Glitter? It’s no wonder that the dingho thinks she’s got a shot when movie makers are willing to dumb down to this level of non-talent acting.

    Well, I think she looks good, uhm no, let’s rephrase that…. normal…. human, uh… down-to-earth…. duh, whatephs.
    I just think she is actually quite pretty with clothes her normal size and underneath all those layers of make-up… looks like my mom…. duh, I should stop babbling here. Once ran into her in NYC, without make-up as well… maybe I’m still traumatized by this epiphany…

    I cannot stand Mariah Carey, but I will say that this movie and Mariah’s performance in it are getting very good critic reviews. Glitter was the biggest piece of cinema trash I’ve ever seen in my life. I don’t think this one will be so bad since 1, she’s not the star of the movie, and 2, she’s not trying to play some saccharine-sweet, over-glammed pop-princess, expecting us to buy the act.

    Wow does she look different. Well it just reminds us that she’s not perfect, but human and can’t look glammed up all the time. I love her music and I’m alwasy willing to see if she’s improved on the big screen. Best Wishes girl!!!

    Mariah Carey looks good without makeup. The hair color is so dark. It drags her down. I am glad she has never died her hair that dark.

    mariah had to put on a fake nose and make up to make her face look older and lighter… this looks nothing like her because of that, which is what they were aiming for.

    SHe has natural beauty. She looks a hell lot better than some of these stars with no make-up on. In the movie, they wanted her to look tired, she’s a social worker. She isn’t suposed to me all alive and happy.
